You're my favorite everything, my favorite pair of eyes, my favorite scent, my favorite name to see appear on my phone, my favorite way to spend an afternoon .. .. You're my favorite everything.

Logan
"let me love you a little more before you're not little anymore" -Michelle Thevenot
I wish my baby would stay a baby! However 4 year olds have been my absolute favorite age of all my kids and Logan is nearing it! He really is at such a fun age. Its the age where they are independent yet, still have that sweet childhood innocence about them, and absolutely adore you with all their hearts. Logan loves to give me kisses and tell me that he "wuvs" me. It melts my heart.
Logan is turning into little jokester and tease. Its been fun watching him grow into his own. He begs for me to do yoga so he can play toys alongside me, or we cuddle in my bed while I read a book and he plays on the ipad. His my little sidekick and we have so much fun together! Logan loves the park and we have fun going on bear hunts, doing underdogs on the swings, and swinging across the monkey bars (he's surprisingly good if I hold him while he does it!).
He's growing up too fast, and I wish I could just press pause. We love him to pieces!
Logan stole the show at family pictures! He couldn't wait for his turn.

Tanner
My little goofball. He sure loves to wrestle, to play with friends, and to always be on the go! He's doing so well in Kindergarten this year and has very neat handwriting. Due to Hurricane Harvey this year the schools aren't giving out too much homework (yay!) so Tanner instead will sometimes make up his own work to do alongside Carson.
Tanner can be very competitive at least against Carson, and is always wanting to win. Tanner also likes playing tennis, basketball, and games. He's always wanting to find someone to play uno, foosball, or headbandz with.
He's a little sweetheart and he just absolutely love him!

Carson
He sure is turning into a little man! School is winding down and pretty soon I'll have a 4th grader on my hands!
Carson loves math, science, and reading (not the subject in school but actually reading books). He enjoys scouts, tennis, and after this past winter now wants to be an avid skier like his dad. He's a pretty well rounded kid!
Carson is kind, smart, and great older brother. We all love his laugh, his silly personality, and overall we just love having him around. He makes our life fun.

Family Bluebonnets
There's only one thing more precious than our time, and that is who we spend it on" - Leo Christopher
My Tribe, My Home, My Loves, My Everything.
Everyday I'm so thankful for this beautiful bunch. They make me grow and blossom. I'm so in love with us.

Harlem Wizards
Our school hosted the Harlem Wizards (similar to the glob-trotters)! It was the pros vs. the teachers. It was hilarious and way better then I thought it was going to be. We came out to support our favorite teacher! Ms. Kerr (Tanner's Kindergarten teacher) is the tallest teacher in the school, so naturally she was selected to play. It was such a fun family friendly school activity! The boys loved it. Every time one of the pros did a trick Logan would ask "I do that?"
Tanner and a friend from class where so cute in cheering on their teacher!
Go Ms Kerr!
The players would sign autographs for the kids during breaks
After the game had all the elementary students come onto the court to dance. It was a hoot! I love our school!

Spring Break
We went away for our spring break weekend to go to San Antonio. It is always nice to get away fro a bit to relax, recharge, and have some fun as a family. Plus the drive to San Antonio this time of year is spectacular! You can't beat the beauty of Texas Bluebonnets!
Aww, Buckee's. The only gas station's whose crowds rival those of Disneyland. And that's no exaggeration. If you've never been to Buckee's then you'll never understand.
First stop on our trip! The pool!
Carson reading by the pool, my kind of kid.
We didn't want to face any spring break crowds at the typical hot spots in San Antonio, so instead, we thought it would be fun to take the boys horseback riding!
It was a cute little farm with baby bigs, mini horses, llamas, chickens, and a three-legged dog.
We all laughed because Tanner got the biggest horse out of the bunch! He was an older horse and really good with children.
At times Logan seemed more concerned about the 3-legged dog that went on the trail with us, then the actual horseback riding, but he really did have a great time!
What a fun experience! The kids absolutely loved it! It was a perfect ride, beautiful trails, overcast skies, and we even saw some bluebonnets on the way. It was a big hit!
Our hoses; Brad/Logan: Bogart, Carson: JoJo, Tanner: Cadillac, Emily: Weasil
Logan wouldn't stop talking about Bogart!
Later that day we went to the movies! Brad and Tanner saw Blackpanther, while I took the other two to see a Wrinkle in Time. Carson has been reading the book so he really wanted to see the movie. It was a little over Logan's head and he got fidgety, but we made it through!
That night our hotel had movie night by the pool, and roasted marshmallows by the fire. The movie was Frozen, so my boys were NOT interested, but they did enjoy making the smores and swimming in a very cold pool for a late night swim.
Before we headed home we stopped to get some pancakes and played while we waited.
Such a fun Springbreak. It gets me excited for summer and all the fun adventures we'll have!
