Rock Climbing

This winter we put Carson and Logan in Rock climbing!  Carson needed a break from basketball plus he seems to be more into adventure sports anyway so we thought this would be perfect.
(Carson's class)

I thought it would be fun for Logan and I to rock climb while we waited for Carson, but then came across this class who was Logan age and he was begging to join in, and I couldn't say no.  I mean look how adorable they are!

Tanner had basketball practice the same night, but on the nights they got cancelled he joined in on the fun too!

making it all the way to the top!  During Christmas break, Brad's boss had a team building activity here and invited all the families to come and everyone was so impressed by how well our boys did!  Especially Logan just because he's so small, but boy can he climb!

His class started out with only 3 kids, but eventually grew and grew throughout the season!
This is how we spend our Monday's!

So proud of Carson!  He was on a hard route and kept going and finally made it to the top!

Logan with coach Nicole on his last day.

It was such a great season!! 12 weeks from mid November to end of February.  The boys gained strength, problem solving skills, and learned good sportsmanship.  It's such a fun sport!

So much fun in fact that Logan's coach made the comment that since I always help out in class anyway that I might as well get paid for it.  So I am!  I had my training on Monday and I will be the assistant coach to Coach Nicole for the Mini Me class (3&4 year olds).  Its 2 classes a week one Monday evenings and one Friday mornings. It works out great cuz one of the employee perks is that all my boys get to go to classes for free!  Plus I can go whenever I want myself and take advantage of their yoga classes. Score!
