Camp Bovay

Our second boy scout campout this year, and this time dad got to join us! We were an hour outside of Katy towards college station.  It was the perfect weekend for camping! Got there Friday night and had a full day of activities planned on Saturday.

and to the activity to end the day, fishing.  In which no fish were caught and we were against the wind.

Campfire ceremony.  We love all their campfire songs and cheesy skits.  Tonights campfire was especially special since it was their troops Arrow of Light Ceremony.

Tanner's cub scout Master was so nice in letting Carson participate in their Arrow of Light Ceremony even though Carson has already received his.  He's been so welcoming to Carson as he will be joining this group of boys in Boy Scouts.

and you can't go camping without smores.

I love that boy scouts gives us an opportunity to go camping together as a family, and that Carson and Logan can participate in the activities as well.  We have so much fun!  Although this scout camp they provided the food and it was horrible.  But that's part of the experience right?

Preschool Rodeo

Logan's class got to lead the parade!

 Luckily the parade was on two days (one for the Monday/Wednesday class and another for the Tuesday/Thursday class)  Logan's class got to lead both parades so on Wednesday I got to be a mom and watch the parade, and then the next day I got to be in the parade!  The day of first parade was freezing!! You'd never tell from the video, but it was a cold one! Luckily the next day it was a beautiful spring day!

February Fun

Tanner's first pinewood derby!! There were about 150 cars and 25 just in his den.  Tanner came in 4th place in his wolf den.  So close!

My Valentines date.  We don't always go out on Valentines and this year with Valentines being on Friday we knew it was going to be a mad house, but the boys Taekwondo were offering to babysit for 3 hours and the boys really wanted to do it so we did!  Love spending time with him!

I stopped working at Momentum.  Even though I was only working 1 hour a week, it was getting hard to juggle with the boys schedule so it was time.  Gonna miss working with everyone!

More basketball.  His team lost almost every game but one.  But then when we went to the tournament they actually won!

and February means its Mardi Gras time!  Love our neighborhood tradition
