Easter

I love Easter and all that it represents. It is such a cheerful holiday filled with bright colors, flowers, warm weather, cute Easter outfits, and of course the true meaning of why we celebrate.
Here is our Easter in pictures:

Breakfast with the Easter Bunny

Today was our yearly breakfast with the Easter Bunny put on by our community.
This year was Carson's first time with the Easter egg hunt. Last year, since he was only 1 and just barely learning how to walk, we didn't have Carson participate thinking that he would get trampled. This year they had an egg hunt for ages 4 and under. I wondered if Carson would understand the concept, but I didn't even have to tell him what to do he picked it right up.

Here he is with his game face on waiting for them to say "go".
And were off!

An egg!
Another egg!
He loved it and did great! We found quite a few eggs, and he of course loved the candy inside.
Instead of eating breakfast, he just wanted to eat and play with his easter egg stash.
We can't wait for tomorrow (Easter)! It is such a beautiful holiday. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter.

Details

I have to apologize about my last post. Apparently on some computers the font I used appeared as symbols not letters. I hope I fixed it so everyone can now understand what it says.

So to fill you in on the details. I am currently a little past 12 weeks and am due October 22. Unfortunately that means I have to be pregnant all summer, but by October the weather will be just perfect. Plus the baby will come just in time for my brother to get home from his mission.

I have been feeling about the same as I did with Carson. Constant nausea (with a few mishaps) and fatigue. So nothing that I'm not used too, I just feel bad for Carson who I think I have gotten addicted to TV. The one noticeable difference is that I'm already having to get up in the middle of the night for bathroom breaks. I didn't do that till my third trimester with Carson. I'm almost out of my first trimester and have already started to feel a little better although it still comes and goes.

I have been reading up on my past blog posts about my pregnancy with Carson, and it feels like that was forever ago. It also reminded me that being pregnant is such a short time and before I know it we'll be a family of 4. It seems crazy to be back in this stage again, but we are looking forward to our newest addition. Plus Carson really needs a sibling. He is horrible at sharing.

New Toy

So Brad spoiled me for my birthday and got me an SLR camera (the kind professionals use). I've been really interested in photography lately, probably because there are so many talented photographers in our ward, that I've been wanting to get better at taking my own pictures. Its very complex and I'm only beginning to learn, but I'm hoping to take a photography class to help.

This evening we took Carson to the park and I got to mess around. Here are just a few of my favorites from our "photo shoot". I'm lucky to have such a cute subject.
