Sedona: Devils Bridge

Girls trip! After Heather moved to Flagstaff this summer we thought it would be fun to go Sedona on a girls trip to meet her, and then we also had another friend who had recently moved also met up with us, so it was one big reunion! And can you believe it, but even after living in Arizona for 7 years we never went to Sedona? I don’t know what we were thinking except for the fact that I was pregnant had a newborn or a toddler for most of those years, because Brad would have loved coming here. Maybe a couples trip in the not too distant future is called for.

Nothing helps refill your tank then a girls trip. It is always good food, late night talks, games, and lots of laughter. It’s so much easier and laid back to travel without kids 😆

We arrived Thursday night so we went out to dinner and then Friday morning woke up early for our first hike of the day to Devils Bridge.

Sedona is absolutely breathtaking! Everything was picture perfect worthy of a postcard. And we went at probably the most beautiful time of year to go too, the weather was gorgeous! Made me a little homesick for Arizona.

Devils Bridge is about a 2 mile hike and fairly easy.

There was a bit of a line to take pictures about a half hour wait, but it was worth the adrenaline rush of standing on top of the bridge! So fun and it really isn’t as scary as it looks. We loved it!
