"The greatest moments in life are not concerned with selfish achievements, but rather with the things we do for people we love and esteem." -Walt Disney
Rest Day! After 3 days at the park and a super late night it felt good to sleep in, relax by the pool, and do some shopping!
Our pool had a big pirate ship with water slides that all the boys loved! The older two on the big one and Logan on the smaller one.
After the pool we headed to Disney Springs to have some lunch and do some shopping. The boys had been earning money for the trip and in their goodie bags was a Disney gift certificate. This money was for any souvenirs and snacks they wanted. Turned out to be the best idea ever. On the first day we got to our hotel we were looking at the gift shop and Carson found a pen that looked like a sword that he wanted me to buy. Super expensive for just a tiny pen. So I told him thats what his money is for; "you mean I have to pay for it?" yep. He decided to save his money for things he really wanted and not waste it. The boys were very thoughtful about what they wanted to buy, making sure that its what they really wanted. It was also interesting to see how different the boys are with their money.
After riding the slinky ride Logan really wanted a slinky toy. Its just too cute!
Went to the Lego store and Carson got a Harry Potter Lego set. He also loved his Goofy hat and wore it the entire trip.
Also went to the Coke-a-Cola factory
and tried different Coke's from around the world. Lets just say there are a lot of nasty drinks in other parts of the world!!
It was a fun day to just relax.
